Death pile-up justice conference postponed

A justice conference involving a teen charged over a pile-up in that a 10-year-old child was killed has been postponed.

John Smith, 18, from Carlton, nearby Goole, East Yorkshire, had been due to crop up prior to magistrates in Selby, North Yorkshire, following the genocide of Sean Hamilton in York.
